Figure Model Diet

Figure and fitness models with well-sculpted and defined bodies work hard to keep in shape. They stick to a precise figure model diet outline to keep their body fat low and retain their lean muscle mass. This keeps them ready for photo shoots or contests.

It’s important to know that figure fitness models don’t follow fad or starvation diets. They actually eat diet plans specifically outlined containing a good amount of lean proteins, carbs, and even essential fats. However, it is important to note that these diet plans contain no processed foods, only natural foods packed with nutrients.

A figure model diet can include anywhere from 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean body weight. By keeping their protein levels somewhat high on a consistent basis, it allows them to keep their lean muscle mass which gives them their sexy feminine curves. Such protein sources can include chicken breast, turkey breast, egg whites, milk, lean cuts of steak, lean beef, fish, etc.

A healthy menu plan also includes carbs for energy so they can endure those intense workout sessions to burn muscle and burn off excess body fat. Such diet plans can include a combination of complex and starchy carbs as well as non-starchy veggies for variety and balance. Such carbs can include oatmeal, brown rice, potatoes, asparagus, broccoli, green beans, etc.

On interesting why figure fitness models receive their protein and carbs is by drinking one to two protein shakes a day. Protein drinks are packed with nutrients your body needs for intense training sessions as well as keeping muscle and losing body fat.

Also, an important and often overlooked factor in a figure model diet is water. It is highly critical that figure fitness models drink ample water to purge the body of impurities and to flush out sodium and fat. With a high-protein diet, it is important to drink adequate water to keep the kidneys flushed and working properly.

One cool and every exciting aspect to the popular figure model diet is they get a designated cheat day once a week to indulge in the sinful treats they crave during the week. This scheduled cheat day also allows the body to receiver more calories, sparking the metabolism and burn MORE body fat. Therefore, figure and fitness models get to have their cake and eat it too.
