You wake up exhausted, your thoughts can become foggy at times, those great changes you were getting have kind of stalled, and that darn belly just won’t go down. To top it off you find yourself craving carbs, but not just any carb, REFINED carbohydrates and sugar.

You need to be sweating through system, not energy sweat, and therefore exercise sweating does not count. Dry saunas would be best. This is a very important step, and if you neglect it, you will be neglecting the detoxifying purpose.
