It’s smack full of all the good stuff, brown rice, garlic, onions, zucchini, red peppers, black beans, chicken, etc. I mean, it’s almost gumbo stuffed into a pepper. Each pepper is packed with a solid 26 grams of great tasting protein. It’s a win-win situation.
