PROBLEM #2 - KILLING THE CARDIO RIGHT OUT THE GATE

A HUGE mistake many first time figure competitors, and even seasoned competitors, make is they KILL the cardio right out the gate. They start off day 1 with 45-60 minutes of cardio and with in a week or two they have burned out, lost muscle, and gained fat.
