BEGINNER - You are brand new to the figure, fitness scene and trying to learn how to workout and eat right, and are doing research on figure and fitness to advance.

You may be qualified as a beginner if you are:
* Not in shape yet
* Just getting started
* Trying to find a starting point
* Don't know how to find competitions
* Wonder if you are too old to get fit or compete in figure

INTERMEDIATE - You are at the intermediate level if you've been working out and eating right for some time, have some knowledge of the basics but need more direction and advancement.

ADVANCED - You are at the advanced level if you know the details of fitness and nutrition, dieted and transformed before and even competed before.
